Chairperson - MRs Funke Adekoya
Mrs Funke Adekoya, S.A.N., retired as the head of the dispute resolution practice group at AELEX in February 2022. AELEX is a full-service law firm with offices in Lagos, Port-Harcourt, and Abuja in Nigeria, and Accra, Ghana.
With 45 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution, she now commences her practice as an independent arbitrator and arbitration counsel.
She is frequently appointed to arbitral tribunals, either as chair, sole or party-appointed arbitrator, conducting proceedings under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and UNCITRAL.
Arbitrations in which she has been involved range from disputes arising from gas sales agreements and oil rig supply contracts to joint ventures in construction and real estate.
Her specialities are commercial arbitration and litigation, investor disputes, and corporate insolvency and restructuring disputes.
trustee- Mr Chuka Ejorh
Chuka Ejorh has 20 years of experience working on award-winning feature films, TV shows, drama series, documentaries and TV commercials in South Africa and Nigeria and is regarded as one of the top film editors in Nigeria.
Chuka founded Blink Studios Ltd in 2015, a company which provides post-production services for film and TV, and post-production supervision and consultation.
Listed as one of the top 100 influential Nigerians in Nollywood, Chuka has been nominated for AMVCA and AMAA awards; his films have won awards in Nigeria and across the world (most notably The Milkmaid, which was Nigeria's official submission for the Academy Awards in 2021); and he has mentored and helped scores of young Nigerians begin and sustain their careers in the film industry.
TRUSTEE - Mrs. ifeoma lilian esiri
Mrs. Ifeoma Lilian Esiri is a co-founder and executive co-chair of Zaccheus Onumba Dibiazue Memorial Libraries (ZODML), a non-profit organisation in the education sector established in 1998. She is a legal practitioner and holds an L.L.B. and LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also a non-executive director of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC, a director of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Ltd, a notary public and a life trustee of the Capital Markets Solicitors’ Association.
She retired from legal practice in 2011 and now devotes most of her time to ZODML.

Hajiya Fatima Wali-Abdurrahman is an architect and real estate developer and management professional. A graduate of both Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota, U.S.A., she holds a M.Sc (Arch.) in Economics and Management of Construction from the UCL, University of London. She is an active member of IFMA (International Facilities Management Association), and Chief Executive Officer of the Filmo Group, comprising Participant Properties Ltd., FilmoRealty Ltd. and Filmo Facilities Management Ltd. She is the Deputy President, Housing Finance Professionals Association of Nigeria and serves on the boards of BGL Limited and the Advisory Board of the Chapel Hill Denham Fund for Women. She was recently appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the OANDO Foundation, is a WIMBOARD Lead Ambassador (WIMBIZ Initiative) and a member of the Presdential Committee for Flood Relief and Rehabilitation
trustee mr. rilwan belo-osagie
Mr. Rilwan Belo-Osagie is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FSDH Merchant Bank. He graduated from Imperial College, University of London in 1979 with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and in 1982 obtained an MSc in Production Management & Manufacturing Technology. In 1990, he obtained a MBA from London Business School, and in 2006 attended the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He started his career in banking in 1990 at Chartered Bank (now Stanbic IBTC PLC as a result of a merger) and in 1998 moved to First Securities Discount House (FSDH) as Managing Director and CEO. In 2013, FSDH converted to a merchant bank, and he became Manager Director and CEO of FSDH Merchant Bank
